REFUND POLICY

This page applies to all services and products purchased at Open Hearts, LLC. Please read completely through the refund policy in full. By clicking “I Agree,” to the Terms and Conditions of Use you indicate that you have read and understood this refund policy and you will be bound by its Terms.
This refund policy applies to all payments made to Open Hearts, LLC for all products and services such as (Consulting Calls, Sales Funnels, Funnel Templates, Email Copy, and Funnel Copy) You understand that once you engage Open Hearts, LLC for marketing services rendered all payments made to Open Hearts, LLC are non-refundable. Payments are not dependent upon results, return of investment, or claims on our products and services, or other offerings that will make your business any specific amount of money.
Open Hearts, LLC provides all customers a “cooling of period” for all of Open Hearts, LLC products and services. If you or your business purchase Open Hearts, LLC products and services (for example, Consulting Calls, Sales Funnels, Funnel Templates, Email Copy, and Funnel Copy), you or your business will have the right to receive a partial refund within three (3) days of the date of your purchase, if you comply with the following conditions:

1. You must request a refund by e-mail to [email protected]

2. Unless subject to additional rights outlined in your purchase agreement, your request for a refund must be made within three (3) days of your purchase.
3. You understand that a refund can and may take up to two weeks to process after the initial request.
4. You understand that after you request a refund within the three (3) days of purchase no services or products will be delivered now or in the future.
Open Hearts, LLC has no obligation to refund your purchase price for any of Open Hearts, LLC products and services after the “cooling off period” under any circumstances including without limitation based on your dissatisfaction with our products and services, your non-use of services, your inability to satisfactorily adapt our products and services to your business needs, your inability to generate leads and revenue using Open Hearts, LLC products and services, or the fact that others are using similar services.
All services are provided to you and your business “as is” and all purchases are final. Under no circumstances will Open Hearts, LLC offer a partial or full refund for any of Open Hearts, LLC products and Services after the “cooling off period”.
Zero charge-back tolerance policy: if a customer initiates a fraudulent charge-back with their bank claiming they never received a product or service from Open Hearts, LLC when Open Hearts, LLC has records of delivering the product or service, Open Hearts, LLC will cancel any future products or services and the customer will be placed on a blacklist from all future products and services that Open Hearts, LLC provides. Open Hearts, LLC will take further legal action to resolve a charge-back with the Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement Section: dispute resolution by mandatory binding arbitration and class action waiver that may be viewed at Terms and Conditions of Use.
